whee, 305 had a class meal (supposedly) with Mr LCS yesterday, but it turned out that only 3 of us could go--seoyoun, jibee & i. actually ben was supposed to go as well, but he chickened out in the end :(
we were there at bugis slightly earlier (though i was kinda later than them as usual><), so we headed to the arcade & had some fun there(: i think bishi bashi (sp?) is a really fun game! and it is not as brainless as most arcade games cos you really have to be pretty good with hand-eye coordination, which apparently i'm not, cos i suck at this game :(

so anyways, we went to seoul garden for lunch(: Mr LCS was really nice to give us a treat & i guess at first it was a lil weird, but we soon warmed up afterwards! hahah it was pretty fun cooking! since it's the first time ever i've been to seoul garden so i was a lil slow at times haha! we ate & chatted till arnd 2.45pm before we rushed down to get tickets to "The Day the Earth Stood Still"!!

okay, i don't know why nowadays cinemas don't play as many commercials as before, maybe it's to cut costs by saving on electricity? whatever the reason, it truly explains why aaron & i have always been missing like, 5 minutes of the movies i've watched lately =/

so welllll, i'm so embarrassed to say this butbut the four of us smelt totally awful!! cos of all the smoke while cooking, and the fact that jibee & i were wearing long-sleeve, so i guess it kinda "traps" more of the smell._. either way, throughout the whole show, we could "smell the seoul garden" in us. it's a miracle that no one fainted in the cinema, cos i, for one, felt really bad! well, the show was pretty okayish, just a lil sad that it had not much of a climax & it's pretty predictable. like i told nigel, i woulda preferred "The Day After Tomorrow" for the similar kind of show & meaning behind hahah. still, the gayest part of the show is when keanu reeves spoke chinese in that atrocious accent!!! Mr Lim, who was sitting beside me, laughed damn loudly! :D while i was laughing somewhat gleefully cos his chinese sounds worse than mine(: which doesn't really count since he's an ang moh, but whatever XD oh another funny part was when the camera zoomed out, only to show us the Sydney Harbour Bridge, where jibee & i burst into laughter cos during the aussie trip, we had taken so many pictures of it + Sydney Opera House that we were kinda tired of it!!

afterwards, we stopped by Gramophone, where Mr Lim bought manymanymany dvds hahah. i guess it was kinda a pity that we had to leave pretty early just as we've gotten pretty comfortable with one another, but i guess there's always a next time like what Mr Lim told me afterwards, and ahem, the turnout must be better the next time! :D
